Kids – ages 4-12 years old! We need your help! Here at Wallace we’d like to introduce you to a brand new fun summer camp, just for two weeks – August 1-5 and August 8-12 right here at church!
Yet, we don’t have a name for this great new end of summer program. Can you help us out? Here’s what it will be:
- Ages of kids: 4-12 years old
- When: 9am-2pm August 1-12 (Monday-Friday)
- Where: Wallace PCA
- What: Songs, games, academics -jump start your school by doing math and reading
- Who: Great teachers!
- Special projects: Crafts, painting, great outdoor games, swimming, music, skits
- Food: Yummy snacks and great lunches
- Cost: $100 per child weekly; BIG Discounts for families! Scholarships available, so don’t let this stop you!!
- And….we’ve saved the best for last! Lots and lots of Jesus! Bible time, quiet thought time, stories from the Old and New Testament, devotions, the works!
So you see it is only for two weeks but we need you to talk to your parents and tell your friends and neighbors about this great new camp, right at home!
Moms and Dads, teachers, friends, we need your help too. If you’d like to be part of creating this brand new program, let us know if you have skills to invest in – like teaching a craft, or cooking class, or if you are good at archery, this is your time to shine! You only have to plan on helping one or two afternoons during the camp, so pray about it and then email Eileen or call the Dowds at 240-447-1817.
